Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:30 am. There were 34 children directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing with kenetic sand, having circle time with Mr. Turtle,reading books and playing outside in a group game. Self care and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
