Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on October 16, 2023 from 1:42 pm until 3:04 pm and concluded on October 23, 2023. There were 58 children present, ranging in ages from infancy to school age, with 7 staff supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children in care transitioning from napping, eating snack, completing bathroom breaks, being fed by staff, asleep in their crib, and entering the center from school, and parent pick up. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 8 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: In the Fours classroom, the laundry room door was unlocked containing multiple laundry detergents with the labels "keep out of reach of children" "caution".
Evidence: In the Disney (Fours) classroom, the ratio was 1:11 during the inspection. For
