Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on October 17, 2022. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 9:30am until 11:00am. There were two children in care one caregiver present. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
