Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated with an in-person inspection of the facility on December 13, 2021 beginning at 11:04 AM and ending at 11:30 AM. Records were reviewed off-site via alternative remote protocol. There were 13 children present, ranging in ages from 12 months to 4 years old with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
