Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection with the director beginning at 9:55 AM and ending at 10:50 AM. There were 20 children, ages ranging between 3 months and 5 years old, in the care of 5 staff members. The children were observed playing with age appropriate toys. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Two medications were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lock-down drill was documented as 11/10/2021. The most recent fire inspection was dated 09/01/2021. The most recent health inspection was dated 1/22/2021.
