An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on in response to a complaint regarding supervision of children (care, protection, and guidance) and behavioral guidance. The investigation was conducted on July 14, 2022 beginning at 3:15 PM and ending at 3:36 PM. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. Documentation was reviewed. Due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations the complaint was determined to be invalid.
