Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 7/8/2024 and completed on 7/8/2024, the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:45pm and ended at 2:19pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (21) children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included tour of the facilities and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

REPEAT VIOLATION: Based on observation, the center did not ensure that all areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, were maintained in a clean, safe, and operable condition. Evidence: There were ants observed in 2 classrooms. Toddler classroom ants were observed on the changing table, in the Pre-K Junior classroom ants were observed on the changing table.
