Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/08/2022. The Provider was contacted by telephone in order to obtain preliminary documentation (virtual component) and an on-site inspection was conducted (In person component) between the hours of 1pm to 3 pm. There were 6 children present (14 points), ranging from toddler to preschool-age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no meds); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 6 children records, 1 staff record, and 3 household records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was one (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program.
