Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review.

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/09/2022. The Youth & Family Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. This center is currently closed; there were no children nor staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications & training, programs, background checks, and special care and emergencies. A total of two staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
