An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/26/2021 from 10:32 am to 11:26 am. There were 11 children in care, ages three years to five years, in one group with two staff.
three child records, two staff records, zero medication records and associated records, and other documents were reviewed. Children were observed in circle time and then at rotating play stations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
