Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for 4 children, totaling 12 points. The children were engaged in creative play activities during this inspection. The children were to be served chicken noodle soup, avocado, bananas, yogurt, and milk for lunch today.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, background checks, caregiver training, the physical plant, emergency preparedness, caregiver records, and children's records.

Based on a review of children's records, it was determined that two records do not contain all required information.
Evidence:
1 - Child record A does not include the information for a second emergency contact person.
2 - Child record C does not include: the information for two emergency contacts; the parent's medical insurance policy name and number.
Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents for the missing information.
