Inspector Notes
A complaint was received regarding supervision on 1/5/2023. A complaint inspection was conducted on 1/9/2023 and completed on 1/9/2023, in which interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed. The inspector was onsite from approximately 10:00am to 12:00pm. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, therefore the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued during this inspection.
