Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 3/2/2026 and completed on 3/2/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/24/2026 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed zero children?s records and zero staff records on-site on 3/2/2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
