Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 1/8/2024 between the hours of 1:25pm through 2:00pm. There were a total of 4 children present (12 points), ranging in age from 13 months to 3 years old with the Provider. A total of 2 children?s files, 1 staff file, and 1 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Positive interactions between the provider and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency supplies and procedures, and attendance were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
