Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and an interview with the director
.
A monitoring inspection conducted on 10/27/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 25 children present, with five staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance.
