Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm with the center director. There were 18 children, ranging from nine months to five years of age, present with ten staff supervising. The older children were observed watching an age appropriate video, completing a seasonal art project, playing with play doh and washing hands. Infants were observed eating and playing. Two children's records, two staff records and two applicant/agent records were reviewed and in compliance. Three medications, authorization forms and allergy action plans were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was observed and in compliance. The last health inspection was: 7/16/2021 and the last fire inspection was: 6/29/2021.
