Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:30 - 11:30am. There were 28 children, ranging from seven months to five years of age, present with eight staff supervising. Children were observed playing in the gym, participating in circle time activities, completing an arts and crafts project and playing with age-appropriate table-top toys. Two staff records and two child records were reviewed along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, fire and health inspections, four medications and authorization forms and the required posted information.
