Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 8/12/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 1:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children present and eight staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review (policies and procedures, medication and medication authorizations, background checks, training documentation, injury reports), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
