An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on January 14, 2025 and completed on January 14, 2025, The on-site inspection began at 9:45 a.m. and ended at 10:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and one caregiver; the point total was 13. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and one caregiver records on-site.
