Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:45am-11:25am. There were 5 children (15 points) present with the Provider within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with toys and eating lunch. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver/household member records, evacuation drill log, menu, attendance and emergency materials were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Violations
2Evidence:
1. Documentation of the household cat's last rabies vaccine on file at the time of the inspection showed that the rabies vaccine expired on 3/21/2023.
1. Four children were observed transitioning from playing with toys to the table in the kitchen and did not wash their hands prior to beginning to eat crackers that were given to them by the Provider.
