Each staff member shall submit doucmentation of a negative tuberculosis screening at the time of employment and shall have been completed within the last 30 days of the date of employment. Staff 1's TB screening was dated 9 months prior to employment.
Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: Staff 1 will obtain a new TB screening and results will be placed in the staff record. Going forward, school administration will ensure TB screenings for new staff are completed within the required timeframes.
