Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 3/24/2022. There were 12 children present and 3 caregivers. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 3 caregivers/household record were reviewed.

Based on review of training, the caregivers did not obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually.
Evidence:
1. The provider stated that caregiver #1 and caregiver #2 will complete the training by next month.
Plan of Correction: I will send the certificates upon completion.
