Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/02/2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:40 am and ended at 10:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 28. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site on 2/02/2026.
This inspection included document review, tour of the home, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2The most recent National Fingerprint Check for Caregiver #3 was overdue by two months and three weeks.
An updated TB screening for Caregiver #1 and Caregiver #2 were not completed and were overdue by two months.
