Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/19/2023 at approximately 9:53am and concluded on 1/19/2023 at approximately 11:10am. There were a total of 42 children with 13 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: Staff #1 does not have central registry or criminal history check for DC, which they have lived in the last 5 years.
