Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was completed from 1:35 until 3:50. There were 91 children present with 19 staff supervising. The director was present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 9 child records and staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center failed to have an out of state central registry check in the file.
Evidence:
1. Staff #6 did not have an out of state central registry check completed.
Plan of Correction: The director will get the backgrd check completed.

Based on record review and interview, the center had a missing evacuation drill.
Evidence:
1. There was not drill documented for June 2023.
Plan of Correction: two inspection swill be completed in July. Director will work with staff to make sure drills are completed as required.
