A renewal inspection was initiated on February 14, 2022 and concluded on February 17, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and sent requested documentation. An on-site visit was conducted on 02/17/2022 from 8:45 a.m.-10:15 a.m. There were eleven children present, ranging in ages from four years to five years of age, with three staff supervising.
