Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 4:10pm-5:05pm. There were 4 children (school age) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed watching a movie. The home was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
