8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/8/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 8:45am-9:40am. There was 1 child (2 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. The child was observed playing freely. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
