Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 6/5/2024 from 2:50pm-3:20pm. There was one child supervised by one caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 2 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Child arrived from school and was awaiting snack. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. No areas of non-compliance were cited during today?s inspection.
