8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 10:00 AM and ending at 2:02 PM. There were 96 children, ages 3 months through 5 years old, in the care of 20 staff members. The children were observed playing with manipulatives, learning about money, and during recess. Ten children's records were reviewed and determined to be complete. Five staff records were reviewed. One medication was reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 2/11/2022. The most recent lockdown was documented 5/28/2021. The most recent fire inspection was dated 8/30/2021. The most health inspection was dated 9/28/2021.
