Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection with the director on July 18, 2022 beginning at 9:10 AM and ending at 11:15 AM. There were 89 children, ages 3 months through 12 years old, in the care of 17 staff members. The children were observed playing with age appropriate toys, being read a book, and playing on the playground. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency evacuation drill log was reviewed and determined to be in compliance. The facility buses were inspected and determined to be in compliance. The most recent health inspection was dated September 28, 2021. The most recent fire inspection was dated August 30, 2022.
