An unannounced inspection was conducted on 6/8/23 from 10:30 am to 11:55pm. The inspection was initiated in response to a complaint related to center activities and the physical plant. 5 staff members were interviewed. Observations were made in classrooms and playground. Based on the preponderance of evidence, the complaint is not valid. Violations not related to the complaint are listed in the Violation Notice. Based on observation, equipment used in the center was not maintained in a safe condition.
Evidence: In the Dinosaur's classroom, a bin used for storing toys was found to have broken edges. The bin was on the floor where the children were playing.
