An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/17/2025 with a local agency, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 12/09/2025 relating to standard 8 VAC 20-780-410.A.1. The inspector reviewed (1) child record and (3) staff records on-site on 12/17/2025. This inspection included: document review (i.e. Files, policies and procedures, and written statements); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
