Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/1/2022 and concluded on 11/1/2022. There were 145 children directly supervised by 34 staff members. Children were observed engaged in small group activities, circle time with colors and letters, reading and singing. The physical plant, 5 child records, 5 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
