Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/12/2024 and completed on 11/12/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 109 children present and 23 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Long term prescription medication may be allowed with written authorization from the child's physician and parent.
Medication for child #1 was onsite, but there was no written authorization from the child's physician and parents.
Plan of Correction: The medication will not be administered until the parent and physician completes the written medication authorization.
