Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted on 02/15/2023. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 7school aged children in care with 2 staff members. Children were observed interacting with staff, free play and departure. A sample of 5 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Site Director reported that there have been no injuries and medications are not being administered at this time. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
