During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 4/10/2025 in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
3All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment, current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. Staff #1 did not have current CPR certification.
All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment, current certification in first aide appropriate to the ages of children in care. Staff #1 did not have current first aide certification.
Staff who work directly with children shall, in addition to preservice and orientation training, annually attend at least 16 hours of training and staff development activities, to include the departments health and safety update course. Staff #1 and staff #3 did not complete the annual health and safety update course.
