Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on May 13, 2021 and concluded on May 14, 2021. The director was contacted by phone at 1:25 p.m. to initiate the inspection. A virtual inspection was then conducted. There were 16 children present ages 5 years through 13 years old with 3 staff. Children were observed participating in virtual school lessons. There were two groups, grades K-2 in the Blue Room and grades 3-5 in the Green Room. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed three staff records and four children's records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
