Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 8/30/2022 from 6:45am-7:30am. There were 9 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, programming, menus, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site and no children with food allergies present. Children were observed participating in quiet table top activities consisting of coloring, building blocks, and magnatiles. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children and the center was clean and organized. There was an adequate number of CPR/First Aid, Daily Health Observation, and MAT trained staff on site at the time of inspection. No violations were cited as part of this inspection.
