Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 1/24/23 from 4:20pm through 5:20pm. There were 15 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, programming, menus, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were reportedly no medications on site at the time of inspection. Children were observed doing jump rope, throwing balls, and playing chess. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials for the children. Evidence: There was no evidence of the November 2022 emergency evacuation drill on site at the time of inspection.
