Based on observation, record review and discussion with staff, the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have a current certification in CPR within 90 days of employment.
Evidence: The record for Staff 5 had a documented hire date of 03/28/2022; Staff 5 does not have a current certification in CPR.
