Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/24/2023. There were 37 children, ages 3 months-5 years, and 10 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 2 medications were reviewed. The children were observed in during nap time and having an afternoon snack. Infants were observed being fed and sleeping on demand. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 1:00 pm and departed at 3:10 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with the subsidy requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
