Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/09/20242024 and additional information was reviewed electronically on 01/16/2024. There were 29 children, ages 4 months-5 years, and 10 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, 1 applicant record, and 1 medication were reviewed. The children were observed participating in music and movement, free choice center play, during lunch and going down for rest time; infants were observed being fed and sleeping on demand. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:45 am and departed at 12:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
