Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/25/2024. The on-sire inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 11:05 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 46 children and 11 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. The inspection included document review, a tour of the facility and observations.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
