During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 03/24/2026, as a part of probation. The department issued a Special Order on January 13, 2026, to place the licensee on probation for a period of three months and to require the licensee to contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons in writing regarding health and safety violations. The on-site inspection began at 8:55 am and ended at 9:40 am. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 44 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed child?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
