Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 10/17/2023 from 10:30am to 11:50am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 8 children ages 9 months to age 4 years old (25 points) with the Provider and 1 assistant. The programming area, outdoor play area, attendance, menus, Provider, Substitute and Household member records, 8 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Provider had no medications onsite. Children were observed coloring and having lunch. The Provider and assistant are current with CPR and First Aid training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
