Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 02/23/2024 from 7:55am to 8:55am. There were 10 children ages 4 months to age 4 years old (31 points) with the Provider and an assistant. The programming area, attendance, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 4 children?s records, 1 medication with corresponding authorization records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in breakfast, napping, and dramatic play. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

1Evidence: On the main level of the home, there was a space heater that was turned on and the back of the heater was touching 2 blankets and a pillow.
