Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider and assistant. There were five children, ages 14 months, 19 months, 20 months, 2 years, and 2 years, in the care of two caregivers for a total of 14 points. One child was observed sleeping in a portable sleeper/playpen. Three children's records were reviewed and determined to be incompliance. Two household records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery operated radio were observed and in compliance.
