Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 3:30 - 5:00pm with the provider and assistant. There were nine children in care, ranging from 18 months to four years of age, for a total of 20 points. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys. Three child records and three provider/household member records were reviewed along with the daily attendance, emergency drill log, first aid kit and emergency supplies, and required posted information. The provider does not have certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) so cannot administer medications to children in care.
Please complete the columns for "Plan of Correction" and "Date to be Corrected" for each violation cited on the violation notice, and then return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office by 4:00pm on Friday, 3/8/2024. If you have further questions about this inspection please contact Donna Liberman at 540-359-5244 or Donna.Liberman@doe.virginia.gov.
