Inspector Notes

An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted 2/22/2022 from 12:50pm to 2pm. There were 19 (Infants to 5) directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed napping and interacting with caregivers. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Evidence: based on interviews with the facility owner, they did not have a carbon monoxide detector in the facility.
Plan of Correction: Corrected, the facility obtained a carbon monoxide detector the same day and send the inspector verification.
